Salary: $120,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Lead and manage the SCADA engineering team, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design, implement, and maintain SCADA and energy management systems.
• Ensure seamless connectivity and integration of energy assets, including renewables, batteries, and thermal assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, IT, and infrastructure teams to align technical operations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with cybersecurity and industry standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in energy, utilities, or power trading environments.
• Strong expertise with SCADA/GMS platforms such as Monarch, Hitachi, GE, or PI.
• Knowledge of power trading, asset dispatch, and ISO/RTO markets (ERCOT experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Modbus, OPC, ICCP, and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and system reliability.
• Must be eligible for US work authorization (TN or E-2 sponsorship available for specific nationalities).

Nice to have

• Experience with AGC, cloud platforms, and databases.
• Proficiency with dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Leadership experience and relevant professional certifications.
• French language skills.
