Salary: $155,000 – $175,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own social strategy across X and LinkedIn, defining the editorial direction, cadence, and content mix.
• Develop parallel content motions tailored specifically for the AI/tech community and the healthcare community.
• Execute an employee-as-influencer program by coaching internal clinicians and researchers to become credible public voices.
• Write and produce a high volume of platform-native content, including threads, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Build community engagement by replying with intention and hosting real-time moments around flagship events.
• Integrate AI tools across the entire workflow, from research and ideation to drafting and scheduling.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in social media or content marketing with a track record of building meaningful communities.
• Experience building social presence for both vertical industry audiences and technology/AI audiences.
• Hands-on fluency with X and LinkedIn algorithms and cultural nuances.
• Proven ability to coach executives and subject-matter experts into consistent public posters.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills across short and long-form content.
• Commitment to a hybrid work model in San Francisco.
