What you will do
- Own end-to-end B2C paid search and social strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit to drive new subscription acquisition.
- Lead the organic search program, encompassing technical SEO, content strategy, and on-page optimization for healthcare professionals.
- Implement a subscription-economics measurement framework focusing on CAC, LTV, and ROAS to optimize budget allocation.
- Embed AI tools into the marketing workflow for keyword research, ad copy generation, and predictive audience modeling.
- Partner with Product and Growth teams to optimize landing pages and the subscriber sign-up funnel.
- Develop executive-ready reporting and dashboards using GA4, Looker, and other BI tools to connect performance to revenue.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2C digital marketing experience with deep ownership of paid search and SEO for subscription-based businesses.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven track record of profitably scaling subscriber acquisition measured against LTV and CAC.
- Hands-on expertise leveraging AI in PPC and SEO workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Fluency in GA4, Google Search Console, and BI tools like Looker/Data Studio.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to healthcare professionals, nursing, or licensed audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and subscription billing platforms like Stripe or Recurly.
