What you will do

• Build complex avionics assemblies and high-density wiring harnesses with minimal supervision.
• Execute first-article, prototype, and low-rate initial production builds.
• Interpret ambiguous documentation and collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues.
• Perform detailed inspections and advanced continuity and isolation testing.
• Support root cause investigations related to assembly workmanship.
• Mentor and train junior avionics assembly personnel.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent with significant relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in avionics or aerospace electronics assembly.
• Advanced knowledge of wiring practices, connector systems, and workmanship standards.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
