Salary: $35–$48 per hour plus equity.

Company

hirify.global develops humanoid robots, including NEO, a home robot designed to operate safely alongside people.

What you will do

  • Build wire harnesses and cable assemblies that meet IPC-620 acceptance criteria and high first-pass yield standards.
  • Perform continuity and fault-isolation testing to identify and resolve defects before downstream assembly.
  • Build harnesses for prototype testing and support production assembly and rework.
  • Perform on-robot rework and debugging, isolating and resolving wiring issues directly on the robot.
  • Improve recurring harness build processes, fixturing, and documentation with engineering.
  • Maintain accurate, traceable work records and identify design-for-manufacturability issues early.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2–3+ years of direct wire harness fabrication and assembly experience.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
  • Proficiency with crimpers, wire strippers, heat guns, and multimeters.
  • IPC-620 certification.
  • Strong soldering and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing open circuits, short circuits, and connection issues.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain a safe, organized, audit-ready workspace.

Nice to have

  • Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical principles, signal types, shielding, and grounding.
  • Experience with harness board design or layout and basic CAD drawing review.
  • Familiarity with IPC-7711/7722 rework standards and J-STD-001.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hands-on, fast-paced work focused on craftsmanship, ownership, collaboration, and high-quality production.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and parental leave.
  • 401(k) plan with company match, plus FSA and HSA options.
  • Commuter benefits, disability and life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program.
