What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of industry tradeshows and conference programs.
• Develop and manage the event calendar, prioritizing opportunities by audience fit and business impact.
• Handle all event logistics, including sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor management, and on-site operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and Marketing Ops to ensure lead attribution and measurable ROI.
• Develop pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize attendee engagement and conversion.
• Manage event budgets and analyze performance insights to optimize future programs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B event or field marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology.
• Proven success in owning tradeshows from strategy through post-event reporting.
• Experience driving measurable impact across pipeline and account engagement.
• Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Sigma.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel regularly (up to 30%) for on-site execution.
