Salary: $127,000 – $168,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end production of global events, executive programs, and hosted events from initial brief to final recap.
• Lead all production logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, AV/technical production, and on-site execution.
• Manage event budgets and agency relationships with fiscal discipline and attention to scope.
• Partner with brand, design, and communications teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all event touchpoints.
• Build and maintain production timelines and project plans to keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned.
• Define event KPIs and contribute to post-event reporting to measure success.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or corporate event management.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale corporate events, trade shows, and executive experiences.
• U.S. person status required for access to export-controlled information.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent productions.
• Proficiency in event management platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Asana, or Airtable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B technology, cloud infrastructure, or AI-adjacent industries.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
