TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Generating new business opportunities and creating the sales pipeline needed for hirify.global's success with an accent on tailored messaging in calls and emails. Focus on exceeding quota and preparing for future sales and leadership promotions.

Location: Sandy, UT. Must work 3 days a week from the office.

What you will do

  • Generate new sales opportunities by prospecting new accounts within your territory.
  • Select specific personas within the ICP for hirify.global customers and complete prospecting activities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to target the best accounts and prospects.
  • Complete activity and sales interactions that result in conversations with the right prospects.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our industry, products, and services.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Strong self-discipline and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills in teamwork and success contributing to a healthy team environment.
  • Comfortable completing high-volume, quality prospecting activities.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively with senior-level executives.
  • Experience with modern prospecting software tools.
