Salary: $160,500 – $217,500 USD

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end financial planning process for a major domain (GTM, R&D, or G&A), setting quality standards and accountability.
• Define the 6–12 month financial strategy for your domain and translate it into financial outcomes and leading indicators.
• Develop detailed business cases for major investments, including risk quantification and second-order effects.
• Design and optimize planning processes, tooling, and data definitions to increase organizational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional analyses and resolve forecast discrepancies using principled rationale and financial narratives.
• Partner with functional budget owners to ensure data quality, metric consistency, and alignment on assumptions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS.
• Proven ability to design financial planning processes and frameworks.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills, including SaaS unit economics and 3-statement modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools, FP&A platforms, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills for distilling complex analysis for executive audiences.
• BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
