TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Sunnyvale, USA (3 days per week in office)

Salary: $160,000 – $165,000

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end global sales commission operations, including calculations, validation, and payout execution.
  • Lead monthly commission close activities and ensure adherence to financial timelines.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, RevOps, Finance, HR, and Legal on compensation governance.
  • Administer the Xactly Incent system, including configuration, testing, and enhancements.
  • Manage commission reporting, quota attainment analytics, and performance insights.
  • Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and internal control discipline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, FP&A, or commission operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Xactly Incent or similar commission systems.
  • Strong understanding of incentive design principles and sales compensation structures.
  • Advanced Excel skills for managing large datasets and complex calculations.
  • Experience with month-end close, accruals, and financial reconciliations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Sunnyvale (hybrid schedule).
