What you will do

• Own forecasting and planning for AI and Self Serve revenue, analyzing usage-based pricing and model cost dynamics.
• Model pricing and packaging scenarios to guide product strategy and trade-offs.
• Establish and manage Self Serve ARR planning and forecasting in partnership with Product and Growth Marketing teams.
• Build forecasts for COGS and gross margins, specifically tracking AI inference and cloud spend.
• Manage R&D headcount planning, partnering with EPD leaders on hiring and capacity trade-offs.
• Develop durable reporting and self-serve financial data workflows for business partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A at a fast-growing SaaS business or in SaaS investing.
• Strong FP&A fundamentals, including driver-based modeling and variance analysis.
• Proven experience in monetization and pricing analysis.
• Fluency in SaaS gross margin drivers, specifically cloud compute and AI inference costs.
• Ability to translate technical plans from Product and Engineering into financial implications.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City.
