What you will do

• Manage the global staffing and employment functions and activities.
• Develop and implement recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
• Administer talent management efforts and employee referral programs.
• Oversee contractual relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters, and job boards.
• Submit reports concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback to senior management.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the recruitment function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15 years of related professional experience.
• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV, US.
