Salary: $94,500 - $142,000 + bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting as a strategic talent advisor for G&A (Finance, Legal, People, Sales, Marketing) and IT organizations.
• Develop and execute niche search strategies leveraging the full talent acquisition tech stack.
• Cultivate high-impact relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic hiring initiatives.
• Provide a white-glove candidate experience with clear and proactive communication.
• Use recruiting metrics and data analytics to optimize processes and inform data-driven hiring decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for G&A and/or IT functions.
• Demonstrated expertise hiring for niche roles within the DFW market.
• Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

• Experience negotiating complex compensation packages, including equity, for candidates from IC to Director level.
• Ability to build influential relationships in an evolving startup environment.
• Experience incorporating AI or using AI tooling to improve workflow efficiency.
