What you will do
- Develop and maintain partnerships with faculty, students, and career centers at target schools to strengthen campus presence.
- Source and engage top student talent to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial engagement through interview process to offer acceptance.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting events, including career fairs and networking opportunities.
- Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to facilitate evaluations and hiring decisions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume environments.
- Proven ability to source, engage, and attract top emerging campus talent.
- Strong candidate relationship management and influencing skills to close candidates in competitive markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships across all organization levels.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
