What you will do
- Plan and execute yearly client strategies to deliver commercial goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Understand client needs to provide tailored software solutions.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to convey feedback and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess account health and revenue performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of the iGaming sector, including industry regulations and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
