What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with direct accountability for retention and expansion.
  • Build and execute joint account plans to create clarity on priorities and value delivery.
  • Drive adoption, confidence, and impact to help customers get more value from the platform.
  • Lead renewal and commercial conversations, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships across both operational and executive levels.
  • Champion the voice of the customer to influence product strategy and internal planning.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing B2B SaaS customers.
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort leading value and investment conversations.
  • Proven ability to build joint plans and drive accountability with customers.
  • Confidence engaging executives and navigating complex organizations.
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Danish language
