What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with direct accountability for retention and expansion.
- Build and execute joint account plans to create clarity on priorities and value delivery.
- Drive adoption, confidence, and impact to help customers get more value from the platform.
- Lead renewal and commercial conversations, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop multi-threaded relationships across both operational and executive levels.
- Champion the voice of the customer to influence product strategy and internal planning.
Requirements
- Experience managing and growing B2B SaaS customers.
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort leading value and investment conversations.
- Proven ability to build joint plans and drive accountability with customers.
- Confidence engaging executives and navigating complex organizations.
- Ability to translate product capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Danish language
