What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with merchants across different segments and industries.
- Support merchant onboarding, activation, and adoption of products and services.
- Coordinate merchant lifecycle communication, feature updates, and onboarding flows.
- Work with the Marketing team on co-marketing campaigns, merchant activations, and events.
- Create merchant reporting and visibility dashboards to support engagement and success.
- Identify upsell, retention, and renewal opportunities to help reduce churn.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in merchant success, customer success, or account management, ideally within fintech, payments, SaaS, or e-commerce.
- Native fluency in Danish and professional fluency in English.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth and retention opportunities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills for managing multiple initiatives.
- Must be able to work on-site from the Copenhagen office.
