Platform Engineering Leader (Cloud/AI)

Location: Malmö, Sweden; full-time, 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Align engineering work across multiple teams and identify opportunities to reuse platform capabilities and best practices.
• Work with Architecture to connect cloud, AI, automation, and infrastructure solutions across products and platforms.
• Promote shared technology platforms, modern cloud- and AI-driven approaches, and automation that improves performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Lead adoption of network and infrastructure engineering practices, including zero-trust access, micro-segmentation, network virtualization, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Build an inclusive engineering culture, onboard engineers, develop technical competence, and represent platform engineering internally and externally.
• Use metrics, OKRs, agile delivery practices, and service operations to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of modern networking and connectivity across cloud and hybrid ecosystems, including SD-WAN, SASE, and global high-availability connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, AI solutions, automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and tools such as Terraform.
• Strong understanding of identity-aware access, micro-segmentation, secure infrastructure, data centre operations, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and load balancing.
• Experience with agile frameworks, scaled delivery models, IT service operations, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements for global infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, formally or informally, with strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally while demonstrating adaptability, accountability, simplicity, and an inclusive approach.
