Engineering Manager - Mobile Applications QA (Mobile QA)

What you will do

• Define and drive the QA strategy for mobile applications across iOS and Android.
• Lead and mentor a team of 7–8 QA engineers, supporting continuous learning and technical innovation.
• Oversee automated test frameworks and improve CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Own mobile test environments and laboratories.
• Align quality goals with development roadmaps, product requirements, business needs, and user expectations.
• Coordinate testing practices and complete-solution testing with other QA managers.

Requirements

• Several years of leadership or management experience, preferably in QA.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of software testing and mobile application development environments.
• Knowledge of mobile-specific challenges, including operating-system fragmentation, connectivity issues, and user experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and integrating quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English are required.

• Programming proficiency.
