What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise integration technologies and define the future direction of the legacy integration landscape.
• Drive modernization and adoption of the Common Technology Foundation.
• Balance transformation, operational stability, technical debt reduction, security, resilience, cost efficiency, and lifecycle management.
• Own continuous improvement, governance, support models, and reliable operations for business-critical platforms.
• Lead and develop high-performing technical teams through a Platform-as-a-Product mindset, competence development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across organisational boundaries and guide organisational change.

Requirements

• Solid experience with platforms, architecture, service management, and digital product development.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ITIL, and TOGAF frameworks.
• Experience operating and transforming enterprise integration platforms in production environments.
• Understanding of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid technology ecosystems.
• Experience with API-first design, event-based architecture, API gateways, and legacy-to-cloud strangler patterns.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams, drive organisational change, and influence without formal authority.
