What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives across the EMEA region.
- Own revenue attainment for new logos and expansion across cloud and self-hosted deployments.
- Establish and enforce a disciplined outbound sales motion focusing on target account density.
- Coach representatives on business impact discovery and the challenger-style sales framework.
- Collaborate with Marketing on ABM execution and custom nurture cadences.
- Recruit, hire, and develop sales talent to build a strong pipeline of internal leaders.
Requirements
- Must reside in Barcelona.
- 2+ years of experience managing a quota-carrying mid-market or enterprise sales team in SaaS or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of scaling outbound motions and self-generating pipelines.
- Experience selling to technical audiences such as CTOs and engineering leaders.
- Ability to navigate complex GTM environments involving both cloud and self-hosted options.
- English language fluency required.
