What you will do
- Process and manage monthly UK payroll changes, including starters, leavers, and contractual amendments.
- Maintain and audit employee data within HRIS (SAP) to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, from role advertising through to HR and benefits induction.
- Produce regular HR reports and metrics to support headcount tracking and management reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, absence management, and payroll.
- Support Global Mobility activities, including relocations and remote working requests.
Requirements
- Strong experience in HR administration, specifically focusing on payroll data entry and reporting.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (SAP preferred) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for an in-person interview in London.
