What you will do

• Administer employee lifecycle changes, benefits, contractual letters, and offboarding processes.
• Support monthly payroll compilation and resolve pay-related queries.
• Execute data audits and ensure compliance with right-to-work and regulatory documentation.
• Design scalable People Operations workflows and support HRIS system migrations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding people policies and procedures.
• Manage mandatory training programs and support L&D logistics.
