What you will do

  • Develop and execute optimal tour planning to maximize coverage and sales targets.
  • Identify and win new customers across catering and quick-service restaurant channels.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive brand affinity.
  • Ensure product visibility and availability across all assigned outlets.
  • Collaborate with the National Key Account team to align on distribution goals.
  • Identify and implement sales and marketing initiatives to expand business reach.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in the Bristol & Bath area.
  • Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and territory management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting business partnerships.
  • Ability to travel 70-80% of the time within the assigned territory.
  • Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
