What you will do

• Lead financial analysis and governance for workforce productivity and transformation initiatives.
• Develop business cases, scenario models, and benefit tracking for workforce programs.
• Create models connecting labor costs, productivity, service levels, and AI adoption.
• Assess workforce impacts of AI, automation, and operating model changes.
• Deliver executive reporting and analytics on productivity performance to senior leadership.
• Manage reporting processes, dashboards, and data quality for transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, workforce analytics, or business transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in building financial models, scenario analyses, and benefit validation frameworks.
• Experience leading technology-enabled transformation programs involving AI, automation, or digital solutions.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, location strategy, and operating model design.
• Must be based in the US (implied by US geographic market compensation and benefits).
