What you will do
- Lead financial analysis and governance for workforce productivity and transformation initiatives.
- Develop business cases, scenario models, and benefit tracking for workforce programs.
- Create models connecting labor costs, productivity, service levels, and AI adoption.
- Assess workforce impacts of AI, automation, and operating model changes.
- Deliver executive reporting and analytics on productivity performance to senior leadership.
- Manage reporting processes, dashboards, and data quality for transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, workforce analytics, or business transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in building financial models, scenario analyses, and benefit validation frameworks.
- Experience leading technology-enabled transformation programs involving AI, automation, or digital solutions.
- Knowledge of capacity planning, location strategy, and operating model design.
- Must be based in the US (implied by US geographic market compensation and benefits).
