What you will do

• Process payroll for multiple EMEA countries ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage payroll updates including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and contract changes.
• Verify data accuracy by reconciling information from HR and internal HR platforms.
• Maintain detailed payroll records, generate reports, and support audit processes.
• Contribute to global payroll projects focused on automation and system enhancements.
• Handle UK Pensions controls and collaborate with HR and Finance teams for seamless operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of payroll experience, specifically processing payroll for multiple EMEA countries.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Proven experience with ADP payroll software (Must).
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
• Deep understanding of payroll procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
