What you will do

  • Administer employee benefits including private medical, life insurance, group income protection, and pensions.
  • Manage the full benefits lifecycle from onboarding and enrolments to offboarding and qualifying life events.
  • Support end-to-end payroll processing in partnership with local providers using ADP and Workday.
  • Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
  • Track invoices and process payments across all benefits providers.
  • Collaborate with HCM, Accounting, Legal, and external brokers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of UK statutory benefits and payroll requirements (HMRC, auto-enrolment).
  • Experience maintaining relationships with benefits brokers and vendors.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll systems, specifically Workday and ADP.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
  • Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom

Nice to have

  • Experience with benefits administration and payroll operations in Europe and South America.
  • Prior working experience within a hedge fund or the broader financial services industry.
