What you will do
- Build and maintain workflow automations across People tools like HiBob, Ashby, and Slack to eliminate manual data entry.
- Design and implement AI-powered processes using tools like Claude to enhance the employee lifecycle.
- Create self-serve systems enabling employees and managers to access accurate information independently.
- Maintain and improve a compliant, accurate, and efficient HRIS.
- Enhance reporting and analytics layers to support business planning and decision-making.
- Develop standard operating procedures and support internal and external HR audits.
Requirements
- Must be based in London or able to work from the London office in a hybrid capacity.
- Demonstrated track record of building within technology systems, including shipping automations and integrations.
- First-hand experience using AI tools like Claude for process enhancement, prompting, and agentic task design.
- Strong technical fluency with HR tooling and experience connecting systems via APIs or middleware like Zapier or Make.
- Operational credibility with a deep understanding of HR processes, employment law, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical builds to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience applying technical solutions specifically within a People/HR team.
- Strong knowledge of global and local employment regulations.
