What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end people budget, including tracking actuals, variance analysis, and cost forecasting.
  • Develop rolling headcount plans and scenario models for growth, restructures, and location decisions.
  • Create trusted dashboards and reports on key metrics such as attrition, time to hire, and internal mobility.
  • Partner with the People Partnering team to model the structural and financial implications of organizational design.
  • Lead the implementation and ownership of planning tools (Pigment) and raise the analytical bar across the People team.
  • Provide analytical backing and narratives for Board and ExCo papers and business cases.

Requirements

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with experience building models from scratch.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SQL or BI tools is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with planning platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
  • Native fluency with AI tools to optimize analytical workflows.
  • Professional background in FP&A, strategy, consulting, or people analytics.
  • Ability to act as a thought partner and operate comfortably in ambiguous environments.
