What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for benefits queries for employees in the London and Dublin offices.
• Manage day-to-day benefits operations, including eligibility tracking and processing employee benefit changes.
• Administer leave of absence processes (maternity, paternity, adoption, sickness) ensuring compliance with UK and Irish legislation.
• Manage the reasonable adjustments process, coordinating assessments and documentation independently.
• Own the flexible working process and manage work-from-abroad applications in coordination with Legal and Tax teams.
• Track and report on HR data regarding leave and flexibility to drive process improvements and compliance.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in benefits administration or a benefits-focused HR role supporting UK and Irish employees.
• Strong understanding of UK and Irish employment legislation relating to leave, flexible working, and reasonable adjustments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent applicable professional experience.
• Experience working within a high-volume workforce environment.
• Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland is mandatory.
