What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for benefits queries for employees in the London and Dublin offices.
- Manage day-to-day benefits operations, including eligibility tracking and processing employee benefit changes.
- Administer leave of absence processes (maternity, paternity, adoption, sickness) ensuring compliance with UK and Irish legislation.
- Manage the reasonable adjustments process, coordinating assessments and documentation independently.
- Own the flexible working process and manage work-from-abroad applications in coordination with Legal and Tax teams.
- Track and report on HR data regarding leave and flexibility to drive process improvements and compliance.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in benefits administration or a benefits-focused HR role supporting UK and Irish employees.
- Strong understanding of UK and Irish employment legislation relating to leave, flexible working, and reasonable adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent applicable professional experience.
- Experience working within a high-volume workforce environment.
- Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland is mandatory.
