TL;DR

Location: Muncy, PA, US. Legal status to work in the United States is required. Travel within the region is required (50-70%).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for wear parts, including pellet mill dies and roll shells.
  • Manage and grow strategic key customer accounts throughout North America.
  • Conduct regular customer site visits to evaluate operating conditions and assess wear patterns.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and improve positioning.
  • Deliver technical presentations and customer education programs related to wear parts solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial or aftermarket sales environments.
  • Proven success in technical or consultative sales roles within industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively (50-70%) throughout North America.
  • Legal status to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with pelleting equipment or related wear parts products.
  • Industry experience in feed, biofuel, or grain processing.
  • Technical knowledge of pelleting processes and equipment performance optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Technology.
