What you will do

• Own and develop the backend platform that manages agent access to 200+ enterprise SaaS systems.
• Design and implement policy, provisioning, and authorization layers for secure tool access.
• Build telemetry, detection, and response systems for continuous monitoring and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and founders to set technical direction.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and integrate identity systems like OAuth, SSO, and SCIM.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, United Kingdom
• Strong experience with API gateways, MDM/UEM, EDR/XDR, or similar policy-driven platforms.
• Proficiency with identity systems including OAuth/OIDC, SAML, SSO, and SCIM.
• Experience building or operating policy or rules engines with runtime enforcement.
• Background in security including vulnerability management and compliance (SOC 2 / ISO 27001).
• Experience with telemetry and instrumentation of high-performance systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM and AI agent governance and guardrails.
• Contributions to open source projects or public technical work.
