What you will do

• Provide comprehensive Commercial Banking services including working capital, payments, and lending.

• Engage with local business communities and influencers to strengthen the bank's presence.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Support clients with ESG strategies and their transition to Net Zero.
• Oversee lending assessments and ensure compliance with risk and asset quality policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Bucks, Berkshire, Surrey, or North Sussex.
• Consistent track record of winning new business in a competitive commercial banking environment.
• Demonstrable credit experience with the ability to make effective commercial recommendations.
