Salary: USD 60,000 - USD 75,000 yearly

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations.
• Lead internal and external HSE audits and manage non-conformances to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analysis, and change management; communicate workplace hazards to employees.
• Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis; manage Workers Compensation cases as key contact.
• Coordinate HSE training for employees and contractors; run emergency response planning, drills, and equipment maintenance.
• Track, analyze, and report monthly on safety and sustainability metrics; manage HSE supply, inventory, and environmental aspects (waste handling, storage, disposal).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science and/or HSE certifications required.
• 5–7 years of experience in health & safety and environmental management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Demonstrated experience leading HSE programs or teams.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and standards.
• Ability to lead audits, investigations, and emergency response planning.
• Ability to support both Oetiker NY locations (Lancaster and Batavia) with travel/support as required.
