What you will do

• Lead, implement, and continuously improve EHS and safety programs across the manufacturing site.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable environmental and safety regulations.
• Execute risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations to identify and prevent future issues.
• Drive a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, training, and leadership collaboration.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, HR, and site leadership teams.
• Support sustainability and environmental initiatives, including waste reduction and spill prevention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of EHS or safety leadership experience specifically within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong professional knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Proven track record of developing safety programs and leading training initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 standards.
