What you will do

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments to prevent injuries.
• Implement data-driven safety programs and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Serve as a trusted safety advisor and advocate for associate wellbeing across all organizational levels.
• Analyze accident data and transform it into narratives that influence positive behavioral changes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in EHS, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 6 months of safety experience within hirify.global.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand or walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a safety-related field.
• Experience leading teams and conducting job hazard and safety analyses.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications from AHA or Red Cross.
• Experience in workers compensation case management.
