What you will do

• Lead the EHSQ program, promoting accountability, compliance, and operational excellence across the site.
• Manage AS9100D Quality Management Systems (QMS), including internal audits, CAPA, and risk management.
• Oversee facility maintenance, infrastructure repairs, and safety programs such as LOTO and machine guarding.
• Manage environmental programs including wastewater, air permitting, and RCRA waste management.
• Coordinate Workers’ Compensation, injury reporting, and root cause investigations.
• Interface with government agencies and third-party auditors to ensure regulatory and industry compliance.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Minimum of 5 years of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience implementing AS9100D Quality Management Systems in aerospace or defense.
• Proven track record of leading internal audits and root cause investigations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
