What you will do

• Serve as the primary data management contact for assigned clinical programs, ensuring continuity and responsiveness.
• Oversee database development, UAT, and maintenance of high-quality clinical database documentation.
• Develop CRF specifications and coordinate stakeholder reviews to ensure protocol alignment.
• Manage data entry processes, quality control, and edit check specifications.
• Coordinate SAE/AE reconciliation and perform medical coding to ensure data consistency.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and sponsors to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Clinical Data Manager and 5 years as a Clinical Data Manager II.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Must be based in Canada.
• Broad knowledge of drug, device, and biologic development practices.
• Experience with various clinical database management systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in oncology or orphan drug therapeutic areas.
• Proficiency in MedDRA and WHODrug medical coding.
• Understanding of CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM).
• Experience in a clinical, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
