What you will do
- Act as technical expert for HR COE(s) and HR Service Center, supporting requirements gathering, design validation, and user acceptance testing support.
- Configure assigned HR technology (Workday modules) for global/local enhancements and change requests, ensuring scalability for future growth.
- Partner with HR Service Center to build reports and dashboards for self-service and configuration/reporting support.
- Manage reporting accuracy by reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling data to established timelines, standards, and procedures.
- Serve as Tier III escalation point for technical issues related to HR technology platform(s), including process/configuration issues raised by end users.
- Run test scenarios for business-delivered enhancements and upgrades; maintain documentation for functionality and configuration requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Workday experience.
- At least 3 years specifically in the assigned Workday module(s) for Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT).
- Ability to support user procedures, guidelines, documentation, end-user training resources, and communications.
- Experience ensuring data integrity and accurate transactions across HR processes.
