What you will do

  • Lead the revenue marketing team, managing specialists across email, organic, paid, and inbound channels.
  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, defining and executing demand generation strategies.
  • Drive TAM expansion by identifying new market segments and refining the ICP.
  • Manage attribution, data integrity, and the tooling foundation used for reporting and campaign automation.
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence to drive decisions on positioning and investment.
  • Implement AI and automation tools to increase team productivity and optimize workflows.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue or demand generation marketing.
  • Proven experience leading or managing other team members in a player-coach capacity.
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to query, model, and defend attribution independently.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot for marketing operations and reporting.
  • Track record of owning and achieving pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Location: Must be based in Raleigh, NC
