What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle for renewals and new business, including pipeline oversight and contract execution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales team on deal strategy and pricing optimization for revenue growth.
  • Execute multi-year contract structuring and support CPQ quoting to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to accelerate deal approvals and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Oversee customer provisioning and onboarding for new and renewing customers.
  • Lead ad hoc operational projects to improve business efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or commercial deal management within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce; familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is preferred.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage complex deal cycles and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
