Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must be based in London and available to work from the King’s Cross office 3 days a week.

What you will do
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on pricing and commercial terms for non-standard transactions.
- Advise Account Executives on compliant contract options and revenue recognition policies.
- Partner with Revenue, Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops to resolve billing, pricing, and special term issues.
- Manage daily quotes and pricing approvals, ensuring adherence to business approval policies.
- Perform and present financial analyses of discounted deals to decision-makers to enable quick informed decisions.
- Develop and automate repeatable deal processes to simplify sales operations and enablement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven success in a Deal Desk function or direct sales support role.
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ.
- Strong understanding of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), revenue recognition, and order process principles.
- Experience working with enterprise software sales teams.
- English: Native speaker level required.
