What you will do

• Partner with the Commercial Compliance Director to ensure full adherence to contractual commitments.
• Manage charging mechanisms and client notifications to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate client audits and serve as the primary liaison with third-party audit firms.
• Maintain and update compliance schedules across UK, EMEA, and Global commercial teams.
• Review and enhance existing control processes to eliminate risk of revenue loss.
• Provide training to the wider agency on commercial compliance policies and implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK, and able to work in the office around 4 days a week.
• Qualified accountant, auditor, or holder of a legal qualification.
• 4+ years of industry experience in Commercial, Compliance, or Financial roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Proven experience in managing client compliance audit negotiations.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex commercial contracts and navigate "grey" areas.
