What you will do

• Support the execution of the partner program, ensuring effective onboarding and engagement.
• Manage and update partner program tools, portals, and documentation.
• Administer and own the partner training program, organizing both in-person and online sessions.
• Act as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries and provide timely guidance.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align partner initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor and report on program performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in channel/partner programs or sales operations.
• 1-3 years of experience in training and enablement.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work from Venlo, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Fluency in additional regional languages.
