What you will do

• Translate customer workflows and frustrations into structured, prioritized product requirements.
• Own the full implementation lifecycle from initial scoping calls to successful go-live.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, managing timelines and escalations.
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to guide alpha and beta customers through technical edge cases.
• Develop and document the company's implementation playbook and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Big 4 accounting or a technical implementation role.
• Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes like month-end close and reconciliation.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Ability to synthesize complex customer feedback into actionable product insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility with CFOs and controllers.
