TL;DR

Director, Enterprise Sales (SaaS): Leading the sales leadership team in the East region to drive new logo acquisition and Greenfield expansion with an accent on strategic go-to-market plans and high-value deal execution. Location: Must be based in the USA (Boston or New York City); flexible workforce model allows for remote, hybrid, or onsite work.

Salary: $392,000 - $441,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor Enterprise Account Executives to achieve team and organizational quotas.
  • Build and execute strategic go-to-market plans to increase market share.
  • Drive strategic six-figure and seven-figure deal victories.
  • Manage sales forecasting, territory assignments, and commission planning.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure regional customer happiness and drive renewals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Sales Leader with direct reports in enterprise software.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, or Application Performance Monitoring (APM).
  • Proven track record of success in Enterprise account sales leadership.
  • Ability to mentor sales teams and manage forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Proven success in generating revenue through new logo wins.
  • Experience in creating sales strategy and enablement programs.
