Location: Remote - US (East Coast). Specifically New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, Boston, or Chicago.

Salary: $440,000 β€” $605,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, grow, and inspire a team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to overachieve their goals.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork focused on delivering measurable business value and customer outcomes.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with strategic customers and partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Drive the adoption and learning of data intelligence and GenAI solutions.
  • Participate in regional growth planning and maintain high forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be based on the US East Coast (e.g., NYC, NJ, Atlanta, Boston, or Chicago).
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading high-growth sales teams in Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, or AI spaces.
  • Proven history of exceeding quotas within hyper-growth Enterprise technology companies.
  • Deep understanding of value selling and methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of Message.
  • Experience developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic enterprise territories.
  • Strong experience in the Retail industry is preferred.
