TL;DR

Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Infrastructure): Prospecting and closing new business for an open observability cloud platform with an accent on consultative sales and revenue growth. Focus on managing the end-to-end sales process, executing outbound strategies, and articulating product value to enterprise customers.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $270,000–$300,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Execute outbound prospecting to identify and acquire net-new customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and customer data within Salesforce.
  • Handle quote creation and day-to-day order processing requests.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement (top 10% performer).
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels (in person, online, in writing).
  • Proven experience in high-velocity technology companies.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with open source technology.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC frameworks.
