Location: Houston, Texas or Remote (US). Travel is an expected part of every role for company-wide offsites.

What you will do

• Serve as the embedded People Partner for Revenue and Customer leaders to drive team effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Coach leaders through performance, conduct, and retention decisions while building intentional paths toward management readiness.
• Analyze engagement data and attrition signals to identify and resolve team health issues and performance gaps.
• Manage difficult people issues decisively and navigate escalations with sound judgment and high integrity.
• Collaborate with TA, L&D, and Total Rewards on hiring strategies, onboarding, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in a strategic talent role within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of partnering with revenue and/or customer teams to drive measurable leadership growth.
• Strong talent assessment instincts and experience in leadership coaching.
• Executive presence and high EQ for navigating complex conversations across all organizational levels.
• Ability to operate with high agency in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
