What you will do

  • Partner with senior internal and external stakeholders to map capability needs to business dynamics and market trends.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, blended learning solutions, high-impact onboarding, and advanced workshops.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools and evaluate innovative learning technologies to optimize enablement processes.
  • Cultivate peer-to-peer social learning environments within technical practice areas.
  • Conduct performance needs analyses and use data-driven insights to demonstrate business ROI.
  • Coach and mentor L&D team members and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a learning and enablement specialist.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills for remote, hybrid, and face-to-face environments.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems collaboratively.
  • Experience designing high-impact onboarding and advanced workshops.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Manchester, UK
